According to the Act on Counteracting Drug Addiction, cannabis seeds are neither a drug (ie none of the substances listed in the annexes to the Act) nor a precursor, which means that they are not covered by specific rules regarding possession and trade. Therefore, it is legal to buy, own and collect marijuana seeds (cannabis). However, germination, cultivation, even preparation for cultivation is illegal under law (Article 45 / et seq. Online store www.seedfarm.co.uk (hereinafter the "Store") conducts retail sales via the Internet in the territory of the Republic of Poland and all countries in which the possession and sale of marijuana seeds is permitted under the law of a given country on the basis of these Regulations (hereinafter " Regulations"). In order to take advantage of the shop's offer, the client must be at least 18 years of age. If you do not have, please do not place orders.

2. The Regulations define the terms and conditions of using the Store, as well as the rights and obligations of the Store Owner and Customers.

3. Before starting to use the Store, the Customer is obliged to read these Regulations, and starting to use the Store is tantamount to acceptance of all its provisions. The Regulations are an integral part of the sales contract concluded with the Customer.

f) Customer - a natural person who is over 18 years of age and is able to enter into binding contracts or a legal entity or other entity capable of concluding contracts.

g) Consumer - a natural person making a legal transaction with an entrepreneur - a purchase - not directly related to his business or professional activity.

Final Provisions

General provisions

1. The Regulations are a part of the sales contract concluded by the Seller and the Customer.

2. The law applicable to sales contracts between the Customer and the Seller under the conditions specified in the Regulations is the Polish law.

3. All disputes arising in connection with the implementation of sales contracts between the Seller and the Customer shall be resolved first through negotiation, with the intention of amicable settlement of the dispute.

§ 2

Entry into force and amendments to the Regulations

1. The Regulations come into force on the day of publication on the Store's website.

2. seedfarm.pl store reserves the right to change the prices of goods in the online store offer during the day, withdraw individual products from the online store offer without giving a reason, introduce new products to its offer as well as carry out, change and cancel promotional campaigns on the store's website Internet.

3. The Shop reserves the right to change the Regulations, which come into force on the day of their publication on the Store's website. For contracts concluded prior to the amendment of the Regulations, the version of the Regulations in force on the date of placing the Order by the Customer shall apply. The new content of the Regulations will apply to the Customer after he accepts the changes he has been notified of.
