With reference to the Vienna Convention of 1961, cannabis seeds do not fall into the category of intoxicants because they do not contain any psychoactive substances and are not treated as a drug within the meaning of the Act on Counteracting Drug Addiction.

According to Polish law, possession and sale of marijuana seeds is allowed in Poland. However, cultivation of seeds and help in cultivation is illegal. However, we consider complaints if:

- purchased seeds have been damaged (crushed)

- you do not like their appearance or do not meet the expectations for collector

 

How should I file a complaint ?:

We can make a complaint using: contact form (specimen complaint form later in the document), in a telephone conversation with seedfarm.pl employee (530 550 550) or by sending an email to sklep@seedfarm.pl.

1. Contact form: we report a complaint based on the contact form in the CONTACT tab. In the subject of the message, enter "COMPLAINT".

Regardless of how you file a complaint, we must provide the following information:

- order number or date of order together with the name and surname of the ordering party and telephone number (for possible contact with the person advertising the goods)

- the reason for the complaint (damaged goods / seeds do not meet my collector's expectations),

- the varieties you ordered,

- defining the subject of the complaint - name of the variety and quantity

- address for shipping new seeds.

Seedfarmpl shop within 24 hours. from making a complaint he will answer how the complaint was considered. Prepare for sending defective seeds to us - you will receive instructions in response to the complaint.

 

Positive complaints

We will send all complaints that have been processed positively through the courier company the same as the basic order. The complaint will contain the same type of seed (complaint of automatic varieties - sending of automatic varieties, complaint of feminized varieties - shipping of feminized varieties). It is possible that the complaint will not contain exactly the same varieties, however varieties sent for complaints will be comparable in terms of genotypes and yield, flowering time or THC content.

We also emphasize that the recognition of the complaint lies only on the side of the seedfarm.pl store. No producer will accept your complaints.
